The PSG FUZZ/noise playing only one note

Is GENNY missing something? Or more likely is it BROKEN? Discuss it here!

The PSG FUZZ/noise playing only one note

This is not how it should work... Sacrificing PSG ch3 it should be able to reach any frequency.
Also when switching beetween instruments or instrument modes (fm, sq, d) channels sometimes get reset to default.
