This has happened for a while now, and I'm finally actually saying it
There one particular instrument that frequently does this at random times, and its from importing Sonic 1's game over .vgz file, it sounds somewhat like an accordion, though randomly it will play a completely different sound that is nothing like it
I don't know if its the instrument or the plugin itself, but it's irritating
